When you upload Shopify Order CSVs, Courier Invoices, or Logistics Sheets on getkeplerops.com/audit, files are transmitted over an encrypted TLS/HTTPS connection directly to our deterministic scanning engine. Computations execute strictly within ephemeral server memory.
Kepler Ops maintains a strict zero-persistence policy: zero bytes of customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, or order rows are ever saved to disk, logged in system traces, or persisted to any database. Once exception statistics and audit KPIs are returned to your browser, the temporary memory buffer is immediately flushed.
When receiving real-time cancellation alerts from Shopify or logistics partners, Kepler validates every incoming payload using HMAC-SHA256 against your store secret. Only anonymous identifiers (e.g. Order ID, Courier AWB, item count) are evaluated to flag operational exceptions.
